Research update

Electrolytic Capacitors:

On 2012/1/3 @15:35, the 34000uF electrolytic capacitor in the refrigerator was producing 14.3mV.  I decided that was enough of this experiment, so it was taken out. Later on that day I discovered the load resistor was broken. So all of the recent data taken from this refrigerator experiment is invalid, as the DC voltage would most likely be considerably lower. The resistor appeared to be connected, but when I accidently pushed on it, the wire connected to the resistive material moved, showing the break. This break probably occurred when I tightened the large capacitors screw, which had the resistor wire wrapped around it.

Radiant Energy:

From what I've seen, this technology seems far more sensitive to the Disturbance effect than diodes & piezos. Last year that is the reason why I decided to switch from the TOR and Hue device back to diodes and piezos. Maybe that's what I should do again because diodes and piezos are predictable in that I have a good idea when a diode or piezo will recover relative to how much it's been disturbed.

As far as Cold Electricity, there's only one claim that's very clear, and that's by a YouTube user NRGFromTheVacuum, but he's been missing for several years now. I've seen the Bedini videos where he says the battery and light bulbs are cold, but he never shows the temperature before and after. Any battery at typical ambient temperatures in the high 60's or low 70's will feel cold to the touch. So what I'm saying is that Bedini's claim of Cold Electricity does not Wow me. Now NRGFromTheVacuum's claim wows me because he clearly says on camera that frost forms on the electrodes! I've seen other cold electricity videos such as Dr. Eng. Roberto Handwerker, from youtube user HorizonDelta. Although his videos are interesting, in now place does he show a drop in temperature.

Contact me on Facebook if you know of a video where someone clearly states the temperature drops due from cold electricity. There's only one that I know of, and he never got around to actually posting such a video, and he's been missing for over two years now.

For now, I have to conclude that this Radiant Energy and Cold Electricity technology is highly effected by the Disturbance effect. I believe the Tesla Impulse technology is by far the best to research if you're not into the highly shielded diodes & piezo stuff. I believe Bedini has the secret, but at the same time it appears though he's been unable to overcome the Disturbance effect. Why else would Bedini not publish or market an excess energy device after several decades? Why on any of the dozens of long Bedini videos show something conclusive such as a drop in temperature, or anything? Could it be that he cannot do it on demand because of the Disturbance effect?

Anyhow, this Radiant / Negative / Prana / Orgone / Vital ... energy technology seems to be a catch 22. I would not take such experiments to a University for all the tea in China because it does not perform on demand!! I went for ... what ... what seemed like months with the Hue device trying to get the chill effect and the excess energy effect to return, but as seen in my blog history those effects slowly faded in time, but who knows how long it would take before returning-- the Disturbance effect. So for now to prove this technology seems impossible.

In short, if you have the resources and patience, and you're not interested in the pico amps produced by diodes & piezos, then there's only one line of research that I recommend, and that's the Tesla Impulse technology. Study it, and given enough time you'll see that temperature meter drop, but don't get discouraged when the Cold Electricity effect fades away.
