In my *firm* opinion, Bedini's the man! He obviously has the higher truth in terms of "free energy" technology, or as he likes to say, Free Radiant Energy. I think that I now know why he's been spoon feeding the world with information rather than publishing the full details with part numbers and full instructions to build the smoking gun.
Steorn had/has it, but they discovered a major problem. The design is important, but by far the biggest secret is in the environment. There are countless ways of doing it. You want "free radiant energy?" Hmmm, who's going to be there to sustain it? Master Bedini. hehe A Nei-Kung master? ;-) Master Yoda? haha ... or good old Mother Earth? :-)
Who will be the first to truly give it to the world? My "free radiant energy" prediction: it will happen sometime between 2012 and 2015. :-)
