An hour or so ago the HV experiment output was producing 0.3 mV across the 10 Mohm load, which comes to 30 pA. Yesterday it was 10 pA. It's been oscillating for weeks now, and is expected to continue, but should eventually dampen out.
Will it stabilize at the mysterious 10 pA, or continue to drop endlessly? :-o
